The first generation Skoda Fabia has always been known for its excellent standard of conduct. With the last car, things are not otherwise. Soft-Set-up succeeds with hard surfaces and helps to improve. However, compared to competitors, there are more body role in the corners, and despite a strong leadership, the Skoda Fabia is not as agile as it might be. There are also dive brakes, Skoda and adjusting the lines are not at home. At least it's easy to drive and feels mechanically robust - we are happy to Snappy gearchange, for instance. Three-cylinder 1.2 liter petrol and 1.4-liter TDI diesel variants cheaper to call its use, if the missing drive low down grunt and revved. And while petrol is smooth and silky, the TDI is loud and vibrates in slow motion.
